Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage the lifecycle of technical and operational documentation across our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with ISO standards, supporting seamless collaboration between engineering, quality assurance, and client teams.
Key Responsibilities
– Document Management:
– Organize, track, and maintain technical documents (e.g., manuals, drawings, compliance reports) using digital systems.
– Ensure version control and secure storage of files on SharePoint, cloud platforms, or internal databases.
– Compliance & Quality:
– Guarantee adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards for document control processes.
– Prepare documentation for audits and client submissions.
– Workflow Coordination:
– Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and suppliers to collect, review, and approve documents.
– Distribute updates and revisions to stakeholders promptly.
– Administrative Support:
– Maintain logs, trackers, and metadata for easy document retrieval.
– Train team members on document control protocols and tools.
Qualifications
– Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Engineering, or related field.
– Experience:
– 3+ years in document control, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or construction.
– Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 documentation requirements.
– Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, Bluebeam).
– Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word) and PDF editing tools.
